Return and Warranty

30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of receiving. Once the returned item arrives back in Dancing Rob’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Condition for a refund:

  1. Within 30 calendar days of receiving a product.
  2. Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for expired this 30-day window.
  3. Items must include original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.
  4. Returns must include all accessories. If you only return one product, the refund amount will be the amount paid minus the amount of other non-received products.
  5. If the product has no manufacturing defect and is still in new or like-new condition, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  6. If the product has a manufacturing defect, Dancing Rob is responsible for a full refund.

Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

How do I return my order?

You will need to reach out to us via our email support@dancingrob.com  within 30 days of receiving your order and send your product to: 328 W Lomita ave apt 206 Glendale CA 91204.

In your request, we ask you to provide your order number, name, and the list of the products you wish to return. Our team will review your request, authorize it, and provide you with a printable return label. Your order will then be picked up by our courier or you will drop it off at your nearest post office.

How long does it take to get a refund?

  • Refunds will be issued after the warehouse receives your return. Refunds will be processed using the same method used for payment. The refund process will be completed within approximately 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you've done everything listed above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@dancingrob.com. 

Exchange

We will offer a 30-day exchange service from the date of receipt if the Product suffers performance failure that is not human-caused or is damaged in transit.

Not Available in the Following Circumstances:

  • No legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is provided.
  • Products sent to us for refund or exchange do not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging.
  • Any failure or damage to the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture or improper usage.
  • Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fires, floods, storms or thunder strikes.
  • Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.
